One of the most popular programs is a day trip combining horseback riding and fishing at Lake Torres. The journey starts from the Hostería, follows the shores of Lake Cholila, and then ascends through the forest to a magnificent clearing with stunning views. Lake Torres offers opportunities to fish, walk, or simply rest before indulging in one of Chela’s signature picnics. Stocked with trout in 1995, the lake provides excellent fishing with specimens reaching up to 2.5 kg. This remote area is also home to cougars, wild boar, and the critically endangered huemul deer.
